Words of Warning
You gotta wonder what variety of medical conditions befall the unwashed nerd population. When people’s idea of hygiene is shaking the encrusted crap out of their boxers there’s gotta be some diseases they get, at least I fucking hope they do. They have to pay some kind of price for fouling up the air for the rest of us with their rancid B.O and cheeto musk.
I find Penny Arcade is a hit-and-miss comic (though with more hits than misses overall) but it’s definitely worth a read and, throughout the whole run, they strive to improve. Even now with all their success you can see them pushing in the writing and the art, they pick the right moments to rely on the verbose writing or the strong visuals and never really fuck that up unlike, say, Tim Buckley. My edit may be too wordy but I was trying to make it sound like Tycho’s kind of prose.
